If we had played the first half like the second half, the Cats would have won going away. I knew the Utah game would be tough but any team can be beaten on a given night by anyone.

We have a history of slow starts and then Cal gets the ship righted. I'm concerned about this team though. They seem, for lack of a better word, dysfunctional.

I've been hearing similar statements as dysfunctional from others. We need to have a go to guy or a solid team effort to have a decent seeding this season. After Michigan State, I thought it might have been Maxey. Not that Maxey hasn't had decent games, he hasn't turned into a Mercer or D Anderson like I thought he would. Whitney is the big puzzle on this team, hopefully he'll find his groove before too long along with Juzang.
