Mississippi State was a tough win

A few stops and a couple of threes and the Cats would have been looking at a 3 point game. I thought the team hung tough and didn't wilt down the stretch. A solid win against a more than decent M State team. I'm hoping EJ can build on this game and it wasn' fool's gold. I think maybe Nick's tenacity and hard work may be rubbing off on him. I thought the refs called a fairly decent game, especially with Shows being there.

I figured it'd be a tough game. I'm not sure we would have beaten them in Starkville. On a related note, coach Cal is talking like we may see Dontaie Allen on the court soon.

I saw that about Allen, and depth is what we need. Cal did say he wasn't going to waste a year's scholarship if he wasn't going to play him much.
