Playing at Rupp Arena is usually a plus but as most think, playing at home without fans kind of takes away some of the home-court advantages. LSU had a chance to play several cupcakes early in the season which wasn't the case due to Cal's scheduling. I wonder if he would do it differently if he could do it all over again? LSU got hammered by BAMA but who hasn't? LSU is ranked 2nd in conference standings but having watched an unranked Indiana take down #4 Iowa last night on Iowa's court shows me that standings/rankings don't matter anymore.
I look for a tough game from everyone from here on out. Everyone knows UK is down and would love not only to get a win but beating Kentucky is a feather in their caps. Getting payback because of the Cats usually being one of the more dominant teams in the SEC is icing on the cake. Beating the Cats seems to light team's fires a bit more than usual, even more so this season. It feels like all reasoning is out the window these days as to who should win certain games, what a topsy-turvy season this has been.
