ESPN LAWRENCE, Kan. (AP) -- Nick Fazekas scored 21 of his career-high 35 points in the second half and made a disputed block in the closing seconds as Nevada (No. 20 AP) held off Kansas' second-half comeback to win 72-70 on Thursday night. It was the most points scored against the Jayhawks by one player since Missouri's Arthur Johnson scored 37 on March 27, 2004. More..click hereTough break for Kansas, they played tough the second half. I think they will still be a tough out for UK later on.

They are going to get better and better as the season goes on, especially at home! Nevada has a pretty good team! But you have to wonder, if the Kansas fans are yearning for Roy Williams?

Self has made a believer out of them but you know it had to make them sick to see Roy win it all and without them.
