WOW, what a field!!! It is tough especially early in the season to pick a winner here! How about a Arizona-Kansas first round game? The winner meeting Uconn in the second round! I will take a stab in the dark and pick Arizona, they seem to play pretty well over there in Maui, plus Jeff Brassow isnt in the building as far as I know!! Watch out for Michigan State though, I am sure Izzo has been all over them after their loss to Hawaii the other day!!

I'm going to go with Arizona.
Michigan St. is having all kinds of problems with Chaminade. At half-time, they are only leading by 6.
40-34 after Mich. St. hit a last second shot to end the half.

Trueblue, thanks for the update. I am stuck at work without any cable!!
Michigan State is sometimes similar to us in that respect is they always start out slow and seem to get better as the season goes along.

Bubba, my first instinct was to take Uconn as well but decided to go with the other Wildcats of Arizona!

Thanks for the heads up on the Maui tourney, I had forgotten they were on. I wish Majerus would not try to eat and broadcast though. Just joking but doesn't it seem he's always trying to talk after choking down a bite of Brats?  |
