Legendary singer, Fats Dominio who made "Blueberry Hill' a famous song is still unaccounted for after the hurricane. He lived in one of the low lying areas that was flooded out in New Orleans and no one has seen or heard from him since.

That doesn't sound right, you would think someone that well off would have one of his friends with a copter come and get him. BTW, that would be Rock and Roll/Pop/R&B.

I heard about that as well. You would think someone so wealthy would have beat feet to a safer haven.

He did not want to leave New Orleans. That was his home. As for this Wolf, I would have gathered my stuff and booked. When a cat 4/5 hurricane blows thru, its time to go.

When the Mayor said to flee, he wouldn't have to say it twice. Although I don't believe he made it sound convincing when he said it and may have done so not to panic people but never the less didn't put enough emphasis in it for me.

He should have had all available buses taking folks out of the city days before they knew it would hit. There was no reason for anyone to have to go thru what those folks were forced to endure. We can mobilize to other disaster areas and have done so alot quicker than was done for our own. Its pathetic.
