Smith's misses becoming a concern

• We have to admit, Tubby Smith's continued inability to corral a blue-chip, power forward-type is, at the least, becoming a bit worrisome.

We say this despite the fact that we believe most recruiting analysis is extremely overrated. We say this despite the fact that knocks on Smith's recruiting have not kept UK from posting the best overall record in college basketball the past three seasons.

I would like a big talent as much as anyone but am happy with what Tubby does with what he has. Stevenson ain't no slouch and will do UK good.

Its hard to be discouraged when you look at our roster and the kids we already have coming into the program next year!

It would have been nice to get a Wright or a Young but I'm far from being dissatisfied with the quality of talent coming in next year.
