By LARRY VAUGHT Advocate-Messenger LEXINGTON - Joe Crawford couldn't wait to start his college basketball career at Kentucky. He was one of three McDonald's All-Americans in UK's highly-touted freshman class last year. He knew the Wildcats could be a national championship contender. He also thought his defensive prowess and scoring ability would make it easy for him to become an instant impact player. More..click here..................................................................................................................... It would be nice to see Crawford get out of the gate fast and build his confidence. Crawford seems to let the game come to him and doesn't seem to force things or get too eager and that will only help him down the road.

I have liked Crawford from day 1 even when he left, I think this is his breakout year and like i said before i look for him to be our leading scorer unless Rondo keeps up what he's doing... As far as the center position goes i really don't know who should start, I'm sorta leaning toward Shag. Woo try too hard and Shag doesn't try hard enough.
