Jerry Tipton HERALD-LEADER STAFF WRITER To say thank you, Northern State Coach Don Meyer presented his Kentucky counterpart with a clock moments before last night's exhibition tipoff. Then UK was supposed to clean the Division II team's clock. Well, Kentucky won comfortably, 80-51. But two familiar bugaboos -- rebounding and free-throw shooting -- took the shine off the victory and, at least partially, obscured promising debuts by newcomers Rekalin Sims and Jared Carter.
