I've seen many of games that Boeheim has coached and never saw him as ticked off as he was when the ref called a charge on Fair and waved off the basket which would have tied the game. It was a very close call but one that was just like a situation earlier that went against Syracuse. Coach K should feel really bad about getting those kind of calls.

I'm not sure he wasn't right , but to complain in a manner that pretty much costs you the game is an error and one that even this hall of fame coach should learn from.

That has to be one of the most difficult situations in sports. I've read that it was the correct call, and also that it wasn't. I feel for Boeheim. He probably cost his team, at the very least, an opportunity to win the game. Also, does this cost him a degree of credibility with his players? Still, I've been there, and I know how difficult it is to remain calm when you think your team is being shafted. This was being discussed on ROME last evening, and the consensus was that it should have been a no call. By the way, ROME is on the CBS Sports Channel Mon.-Fri. at 6:00 EST. If you all don't watch it, you should tune in. They usually have lots of interesting stuff on there.

I think I'm on Boeheim's side on this one due to the fact that a very, very similar call that went the opposite of the call Boehiem was upset about. I'd say he has a legitimate gripe.
