Gran's call to not run Snell in the OT killed our butts, especially with 1 or 2 yards to go and close to the end zone. A week off to mend and contemplate things hopefully will help. The rest of the season still looks good with what seems to be maybe 3 more wins.

I agree about the playcalling, Bubba. Wilson also hurt us badly in the ot. Anyone that's been around fb, much less having played knows you don't take a sack. Especially in the situation where he took that one. Also, I wonder if he isn't afraid of contact. Sliding down when you're two yards from a first down. Stephen Johnson wasn't the most physically gifted QB I've ever seen, but if he was two yards away from a first down, especially in that situation, he would have gotten it if he had to jump over people.

The rest of the season still looks good with what seems to be maybe 3 more wins. We have a very good def., and there's an old saying that off. sells tickets and def. wins championships. If we can stay virtually injury free, Ga. is the only game, left on the schedule, that I don't give us much of a chance of winning. |

I just hope we don't suffer any injuries, especially against Georgia. A good bowl game would be nice this season.
