Jerry Tipton/HERALD-LEADER The University of Kentucky and its newly hired attorney will try to change how the NCAA interprets the facts in the Randolph Morris case on Wednesday, compliance officer Sandy Bell confirmed yesterday. UK officials and the attorney, Rick Evrard, will conduct a conference call with the NCAA Legislative Review and Interpretations Committee. Last week, Evrard said he was hired to help resolve "a disagreement between the institution (UK) and the (NCAA) staff over a decision" about how to view the facts in the Morris matter.
