I'd say Tech will be a formidable opponent. Foster is a very good coach. He took Tech several years ago when they were a bottom feeder, and built them up into a respectable program. This will be his last game as he's retiring. I always hate when that happens. If a coach is popular, it gives his players extra incentive. Reminds me of the UK-UCLA bb game in '75 when Wooden announced, before the game, that he was retiring and they spanked us.

I saw, on Twitter, this morning where someone was referring to Va. Tech as an elite program. I don't believe I'd go that far, but they are good that's for sure.

VT is a good team from looking at their wins but they're not elite for sure.
