Cal may need to change his sales pitch because we needed this guy pretty badly. I'm sure he'll find some help somewhere or we will play smaller ball with 6'9 guys. Time will tell. >>>BYU, give me a break. Even though Wiltger did well transferring, he still didn't gain an advantage in the pros. I'm almost certain Cal would have made Haarms a lottery pick.

If we were going to lose Haarms I'm glad it was to BYU. I like coach Pope. When he was at UK, he never seemed to take either himself or life too seriously. Also, he seems like a class act.

I just read Haarms' statement on Twitter a few minutes ago. He said, in part, I'm 23 or soon will be and facilities and how many pairs of Nike shoes I'll have doesn't mean anything to me.
