The Cats will play N.C. State in the Gator Bowl at noon Jan 2 on ESPN.

The Gator is a pretty high profile bowl plus playing in Jan. to boot. I'm glad we aren't going to the Liberty or Music City Bowl.

After having said that NC ST. was doable, I looked at their record and feel they will be a pretty tough out. At least we'll get the opportunity to watch them before the basketball game.

I just read that CB Cedrick Dort Jr. will not be playing. That's a blow because NC St. has a good passing game as well as a good running game. First Kelvin Joseph opted out, then D.J. Devonshire quit and now this. We're really thin at CB now.
