It looked like Texas Tech was going to slide out with a victory, but West Virginia hung in there and dropped in a tough shot with about 5 seconds to go. Texas Tech had a chance to win it at the buzzer, but their leading scorer for the game McClung with 30 points, bounced a shot off the rim as time expired. Heck of a ballgame.
