The Cats are headed to Nashville to play Iowa again (we played Iowa last year in the Citrus Bowl). This makes my interest about 25%. One of the appeals of bowl games, for me, is playing teams we don't normally play.

I think the Cats will hold their own and surprise Iowa

The thing that worries me is Iowa has an outstanding defense (ranked eighth in the nation I believe) and our off. hasn't been great this year. Plus there's a very real possibility Levis may opt out and maybe Rodriguez as well.

I've seen Iowa this season, I think the Cats can hang with them.

I've seen Iowa this season, I think the Cats can hang with them. Their off. is terrible, but their def. is like eighth in the country. Plus Levis announced yesterday that he's not going to play in the bowl game. It will probably be a boring low scoring affair.

With Levies not playing, things look a bit more difficult.

Rodriguez has opted out as well.

In that case, we are in trouble.

Not a very good end to the season, but with the opt outs, injuries and Portal travelers, not unexpected. With Coen coming back, as OC, and the players we picked up via the Portal we should have as good, if not better, of a team next season.

I agree, it would have been a better game with our star players.
