As most know, Bobby Knight passed recently. I'm sure quite a few diehard fans are mourning his passing. I haven't heard of any documentaries about him yet or I've already missed them. I did see a short mention of him on the CBS news and they for a short clip, they kind of told it like it was about his tenure at IU. I haven't talked to anyone here about it yet as I have other things to wonder or worry about.

My take is this, "The General" could, indeed, flat out coach. Unless his personal life was a lot different than what was publicly known, he was a class "A" scumbag.

I agree Sandman and some Bobby Knight diehards will agree to something like that but not a scumbag. I actually laughed out loud when I read that. All I hear about now is that Joey Hart (freshman) is from the town we live in (Linton IN). He won the dunk contest at Madness. He looks promising but probably won't get much prime PT. If he doesn't he might transfer, especially if he gets recruited over this next season. We will find out down the road.
