Challenge allowed in college football

The NCAA has approved one coach's challenge during football game, as long as the team has a time-out left.

I would have had a couple of challenges in our game against U of L last year.

At least it shows a bit of progress in rules changes. I also am in favor of shortening halftime. I'm sure some fans at the game may want it lengthened in order to get some grub and go power their noses.
