Doyel didn't start out being liked very much by me but has gained much ground lately with his articles and this one being one of them.

I've remarked about coach K's tirades and profanity for a long time now and finally a journalist has big enough you know whats to speak up about them.

This was my message to Doyel where it says to tell Gregg your opinion:

Hi Gregg, I'll have to admit, you didn't start out being one of my fav sports journalists but lately have found your way to my good side. The coach K article is not the only one I like but it definitely is the best one. I run a small Kentucky Wildcats sports site/message board and have remarked about coach K's tirades and profanity on the sidelines for some time. What has upset me as much as anything is the calm choirboy personality that overtakes him inbetween games and especially during interviews. It takes some big kahoonas for someone to finally speak up about them. Hats off to you for telling it like it is. My site is BigBlueHeaven.Net and your article is posted there.

Hats off to someone who finally had the guts to print what the majority of the college basketball world knows. Coach K isnt quite the gentleman he would appear to portray himself to be!

Now I would love to hear an announcer state how come he is the only head coach EVER who sends his assistants to talk to a half time sideline reporter?? Is coach K's time more valuable at the half then, Jim Calhoun? Tubby's? Roy Williams? or anyone else?

Ok perhaps the reason is he is too busy filming his next credit card commercial!!

Yeah, Coach Krybabyski was on 'Around The Horn' yesterday replying to the allegations of favoritism shown to Puke. What a joke!
He pretty much said that the better programs tend to be scrutinized more to the public, and that sometimes it seems that they get favorable calls. Oh puleeze.

Apparently, the Maryland fans have said something about giving Redick the silent treatment today. I'm not sure exactly what that means, but Maryland always does something mean and funny when they play the dookies.

The Dook/Maryland game will be fun to watch if just the fan treatment the dookies get.

Marylands team and fans is one that has been able to get to Duke more so then most lately!

This new silent treatment by the terps may just throw JJ off stide a bit. He likes to feed off the negos at other team's schools.
