IU assistant takes assistant principal job

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -- Thad Fitzpatrick, men's assistant basketball coach at Indiana the past two years, resigned Friday to become assistant principal at a high school in Alabama.

Fitzpatrick and Indiana coach Mike Davis were assistants at the University of Alabama in 1995-97.

It looks like to me he is getting out before he is told to get out after the season! Lets all set back and try to enjoy Mike Davis last season at IU.
