Cards win exhibition over Georgetown 94-92

University of Louisville coach Rick Pitino said he wanted a close game to test his young players, and Georgetown College delivered Wednesday night.

The Cardinals blew a 15-point lead and even trailed late in the second half before emerging with a 94-92 win at Freedom Hall.

I'm glad we're not playing Georgetown this year. Wonder what would have happened if UL had lost, it would still have been close.

They do have a lot of big school transfers. I bet he didn't expect a tussle like this though. I can remember a while back when AIA beat them, I was very surprised.
