CBS Sportsline NEW YORK (AP) - Junior forward Stephane Lasme set career highs with 21 points and 14 rebounds and had eight of Massachusetts' 16 blocks as the Minutemen beat Saint Peter's 66-49 on Tuesday night in the opening round of the Holiday Festival at Madison Square Garden More..click herePretty interesting game until UMass got it going in the second half. I was splitting time watching it and the Zags/Tigers game. UMass should do well tonight as one of St. Johns main players is hurt (Junior guard Daryll Hill).

I was doing the same thing-switching from game to game. I was cheering on Travis' team. There was a time when I never thought that I would say 'Go Minutemen'. My, how things change. UMass showed a lot of hustle last night. I hope they can win this tourney. I hate it that Travis left EKU so soon, but I understand why. I can't help it, but everytime I see Ford; I hear RickyP yelling "Travis, Travis" from the sidelines.

I always want to see the ex UK players do well coaching. From Pat Riley to Phelphrey, Macy and Travis, they are very special to me.
