Lets hope that Brandon wants to be his own person when it comes to choosing a school. I can understand the pull to Missouri seeing that Kareem went there. But lets hope he weighs the two programs and makes his own choice. Lets see UK against the Missouri program? Tubby smith vs. Quinn Snyder? I like our chances if it can just come to that!

You are right about the blood comment Bubba. I will say this though my opinion of Quinn Snyder is only slightly better then Mike Davis at IU. Even there at least Mike Davis is running a clean program!

I feel for Mike Davis, it's sad when no one wants him at coach but the AD and he made a have a good season or else type statement. Davis is lucky enough to do good this season and keep his job but I bet there won't be any more long term contracts.

I kind of feel sorry for him too he seems like an ok guy who is in a no win situation. As we know with our own coach if Davis was winning often some people would still find fault with him.
I will say this if he was at UK, well he would have never gotten the job to start with, but if he was he would have been fired about 3 years ago!

I know all the diehard IU fans at work and none of them have ever said a single good word about Davis, even when he went to the Championship game a while back. Sad

Yea I am sure that when Davis went to the title game, they said yes but it was with Knights players! Seems like we have heard that somewhere before havent we?

That's exactly what they said. He took a mediocre team and went to the title game yet most complained saying "that's the first Championship game IU lost that Knight wasn't coaching". Go figure. Can you imagine the uproar if just one of Tubby's teams didn't make it to the NCAA?

Yea the key to what you said is "IF just ONE of Tubby's teams didnt make it to the NCAAs. That would be all it would take, is just one he may not survive it!

Some want him gone because his team may lose in the sweet 16. Heaven forbid if he didn't make the tourney like Hall, Rupp and even Pitino I believe.
