I just watched him on Sportscenter and we all know his gut has to be grinding, he was very upbeat and positive that his team was going to be better in the future. I bet the Illinois fans were happy.

Self seems like a good guy and is a good coach. He does have a young team and their future is bright, but I bet there is some VERY unhappy people in Kansas right now!

What if we had lost? We were playing a seed close to us and you know as well as me that some would have come unglued if UK had lost. I'd be willing to bet on some other sites, some are complaining.

Oh yea I am sure our people are still complaining and will continue to complain! That goes without saying. Kansas was even being picked by some of the so called experts to make the final four out of their region. No one that I know of right now gives us a flip of a chance to go any farther and Tubby gets all the blame for that for the 8th seed!

Kansas was playing tough as is UNC and for them to lose in the first round was big.
