You dont hear much criticism of Michigan State and Tom Izzo. They are 19-9 and 7-7 in the Big 10. They have basically the same team back as they had last year. Just wondering if anyone had heard anything? I do think Izzo will get them ready for the tournament, he is a good coach an always seems to have them ready for the tourney!

Bingo Bubba! I have said many times that I don't understand why they are ranked at all. What will happen now? Will they drop to #17?  |

What happens and I guess it may have happened in Mich St's case is, sometimes a team may lose a couple and then beat someone very good and recoup some of the loss they incurred in the polls. I would have to check their record.

Reputation has a lot to do with it. Like you said winning a big game against a good big ten team apparently cancels out losing two! Go figure!
