Rick Bozich-CJ But I learned several things at Memorial Stadium last night. Rich Brooks is not the guy who can give the UK football program the emotional juice it needs to compete in the Southeastern Conference — or even against Indiana. Never have I seen a Kentucky team play with less energy and grit than the Wildcats played with while losing to the Hoosiers 38-14. The Wildcats played like a team that needs to add Louisiana-Monroe and Temple to their schedule this year . More..click hereTime will tell on the Brooks era but I'm sure the away crowds will dwindle as with the home crowds as well. I expected to see much more UK fans there last night (maybe 12 to 15 %) and after that miserable showing in Bloomington along with the steady decline in enthusiasm shown by the ball team, an end may be closer than we think. Shall we back up on that Barnhart extension maybe?
