When you find yourself in dire straits, you grasp at the best straw available. You don't talk about the first half when you were dismembered by the opposition by the spread of 42 points. You talk about the second half when you beat the stuffing out of the opponent's scrubs. More..click hereEveryone knows we beat up by their scrubs but we did OK when the first string came back in after more than a full quarters rest as well. If a team/person can't gain small victories, life would be too much too bear and 85% of the population of the world would commit suicide.

Well said. I'm glad that I watched the second half. We didn't give up because of the score. Maybe we learned something of value from the effort. Pulley and Little were definitely bright spots.

I agree it is good we didnt give up. I however am getting a little tired of having to play in games where the brightest things we can find to say is "we didnt give up"
