LEXINGTON, Ky. -- The 2005 season hasn't produced much fun for the University of Kentucky's football team, so the players decided yesterday to create their own fun.
Several players, including quarterback Andre' Woodson and defensive tackle Ricky Abren, painted their faces before yesterday's practice in an effort to lighten what has been a tense mood the last several weeks.

Good article on a team not ready to give up just yet.

Good for the players and that is a good article. I do have to disagree with Woodson on one point, I dont think there are a lot of people who arent behind THEM! The majority of people I speak with not only still support the players but actually respect them for going through what they have been through! Count me in that group for sure! I think that 90% of the anger and frustration is all meant for the coaching or at least perceived lack of coaching right now!

If they can get some key players back, they may just sneak up on Captain Hatband and the Gamecocks.
