No part of me was surprised when I heard the following comments by Rich Brooks about Indiana coach, Terry Hoeppner. "He came into a situation where his cupboard wasnt bare and he has done a good job with them." Didnt Rich come into that same situation and take a 7 win team down to 4 his first year?
