The Kentucky football team simultaneously winning a game while avoiding any major injuries seemed too good to be true, and it turned out to be just exactly that. The Wildcats won their second game of the season on Saturday by edging Mississippi State 13-7, but the victory was a costly one as two starters went down with knee injuries. UK Coach Rich Brooks said yesterday that left tackle Fatu Turituri and middle linebacker Braxton Kelley are both "very doubtful" for Saturday's 1 p.m. home game with Auburn. Brooks said the extent of Turituri and Kelley's knee injuries won't be known until results of MRIs come in today. It seems to be like the old saying at UK this year: If we didn't have bad luck, we'd have no luck at all. We need a break Lord and for it not to be one of the player's arms or legs.

I knew about Turituri but had missed the Braxton Kelley injury. Lets hope for once we get good news on the injury front!
