CATS TIED FOR FIRST IN SEC EASTERN DIVISION After sweeping No. 7 South Carolina and moving into a tie for first place in the Southeastern Conference Eastern Division, the Kentucky baseball team has jumped to its highest ranking in school history at No. 13 in the latest Baseball America poll. Before yesterday, UK's highest ranking came in February 1994, when the Wildcats were 14th according to Baseball America. Before this season, Kentucky had not been ranked since 2000 and had not broken the top 20 since the 1994 campaign. More..click hereThose BatCats are playing some serious baseball. I just might have to visit 96 and catch a game. Go Cats!

It would be great for Lexington and UK if they got their main 3 sports cooking at the same time. Wow!

Our Bat Cats are moving right on up. It's great to see. Some people want to whine about Barnhart. Football and men's basketball haven't exactly been stellar lately, but look at our other sports. We have made great strides in women's basketball, golf, and baseball. Am I leaving anything out?
