On a radio program this morning, it was mentioned that TV Guide is putting out a listing of the "top ten" Quirky TV Detectives. Who would be your pick?

Columbo has to be the top choice with Kojak being #2. Broderick Crawford (Highway Patrol) wasn't a detective but one of my fav quirky cops. The pink Panther with Inspector Clueso (sp?).

Monk is pretty quirky but I like him. An OCD detective is kind of strange.

Maxwell Smart is also my pick.
If I remember correctly, Columbo and Magnum were in the top five. I definitely would not have put Magnum in this category.
A caller defined Magnum as "a hunk of man meat". I definitely have to remember that phrase.

I think that's a pretty accurate despription of Magnum.

Hmmmmm, "a hunk of man meat" Would that make Shania Twain "a hunk of woman meat"?
Or I suppose for Bubba's sake would that make Ashley Judd "a hunk of woman meat"?
