Kentucky hopes a faster tempo leads to greater success this basketball season. That was the message of UK’s Media Day today. During the summer, point guard Rajon Rondo suggested to Coach Tubby Smith that a faster tempo would bring out the team’s best. Smith agreed. I think it also shows that Rondo knows what he is talking about, guys like Rondo, Bradley, Crawford , Moss, Sparks and even Sims and Perry in the open court is down right scary!!

Ooooh I'm getting pumped. Tubby says we'll get Morris back for sure and it seems from all I have read that it will be the second half of the season. He said that Morris' attitude was good but you couldn't have proved it by me at madness. I'm sure it was humbling to say the least.

I am kind of trying to take a wait and see attitude about Morris, I simply think he may just be an unemotional type person. Who knows? I suppose at least until he plays we need to take Tubbys word for it about his attitude. Perhaps he has been humbled and feels a LOT emberassed!!

I thought he hustled pretty good and showed some good moves (except for Carter bagging him). Time will tell. I'm still pretty excited about the team with or without Morris.
