Kentucky basketball coach Tubby Smith spent last Friday watching high school football.
Sure, Smith is a former assistant football coach and enjoys the game. However, he wasn't at Mason County because the game with Johnson Central intrigued him. Instead, he was there to make sure Mason junior Darius Miller knows that Kentucky wants him on its basketball team in two years.
