Several hours before North College Hill routed St. Xavier 87-49 on Tuesday night, NCH stars O.J. Mayo and Bill Walker already were itching to go.

"They were in my office this afternoon," NCH athletic director Joe Nickel said Tuesday night. "I could tell right then they were ready. They couldn't wait to get here."

I think it would take a small miracle to land Mayo, the rest I'm not sure of.

Mayo is originally from Kentucky, but I agree I don't see him being a wildcat for some reason.

O.J. Mayo is from Huntington, WV. He did play for Rose Hill in Ashland, but he is not from the Bluegrass State.

You are absolutely correct he is from West Virginia. I apologize, I just took it for granted since he played at Rose Hill he was from Kentucky
