Patrick Patterson, the prospect believed to be at the top of Kentucky's recruiting wish list, narrowed his college choices to six on Tuesday. Kentucky made the list. Patterson, a 6-foot-8 power forward from Huntington, W.Va., reduced his choices to UK, Duke, Florida, Virginia, Wake Forest and West Virginia. The schools he eliminated from contention included Tennessee, Pittsburgh, Maryland, Oklahoma and, perhaps most surprisingly, North Carolina. I'm happy that we are still on his list considering all the internet crapola. I'm also glad that he may have eliminated a couple of schools-Tennessee and North Carolina especially.

Eliminating UT and UNC is big but Duke still looms in the background.

This recruit is KEY for us to get. Hopefully getting him will help to change our recruiting luck as of late!

Tubby is schedules for an in home the day after Parerson visits the Gators, let's hope Billy doesn't put the pressure on him too bad to sign.
