Childhood loyalty and his father's friendship with Kentucky offensive coordinator Joker Phillips could help persuade a top Tennessee wide receiver to commit early to play for the Wildcats. Todd Campbell, a junior at Franklin High School, started his football career at Todd Central in western Kentucky. His father played at the same school and competed against Phillips, who played at nearby Franklin-Simpson. "Living in Kentucky, you've got to grow up a Kentucky fan. It's just one of those things that has to happen," Campbell said. "I've been a Kentucky fan for as long as I can remember. When we moved to Tennessee, that didn't change."
