LEXINGTON, Ky. – The Kentucky women’s basketball team looks to extend its six-game winning streak as it rings in the New Year by playing host to first-time opponent Texas-Pan American Tuesday, Jan. 2. Tip-off in Memorial Coliseum is set for 7 p.m. EST and the game will be carried live on the Big Blue Sports Network (television and radio) and FSN South.
The Wildcats (10-3) are coming off a pair of wins in the Wells Fargo New Year’s Classic in San Antonio, Texas. Kentucky defeated Kent State, 82-47, and Memphis, 86-51, in the two-day event hosted by the University of Texas-San Antonio. UK has beaten each of its last six opponents by 26 or more points.

I lost track with the girls recently but it seems they are still picking up speed and moving right along. Luckily, I'll get to watch them tonight. GO CATS!
