A lot of the fans were wanting Jones but, at this point, I guess we'll take whomever we can get. We may still get Jones.

Vargas is not a Jones but he isn't chopped liver either. A 4 star with one year at Florida and another at a junior college. Not too shabby in my book.

I'm glad that we signed him. Let's give him a chance and see what he can do. He was injured while at Florida. So, maybe he has yet to shine like he's capable of doing. He didn't get 4-stars for nothing.

Regardless of how good a recruiter Coach Cal is, we wont get everyone we want. Is it our first choice? No Is he a great signing, probably not. But probably a really good one.
