Kyle Wiltjer is a Cat!

Kyle Wiltjer, a 6-foot-9 senior power forward from Portland, Ore., announced that he will play for the Wildcats.

Wiltjer is rated the No. 21 overall prospect in the class of 2011 by recruiting service Scout.com and No. 25 by Rivals.com. ESPN places him at No. 32.

If you looked at the video of this guy, you can tell he's going to be more than decent and also likely to be a four year player. Some very good schools wanted this bad boy and I'm happy that we landed him.

It's good to get these guys to sign early. They can just concentrate on school and playing basketball without all of the distractions of recruitment.
