Top high school sophomore Karl Towns Jr. got one last look at the University of Kentucky on Friday, and he had a pretty good vantage point.
The No. 1 recruit in the class of 2015 sat with his father directly behind the Kentucky bench in the Cats’ 105-75 victory over LIU-Brooklyn in Rupp Arena.
Towns, who could reclassify to 2014, is scheduled to announce his college decision Dec. 4 at his high school in Metuchen, N.J. Kentucky is thought to be the favorite, with Duke, Florida and several others also on his list.
