A solo home run by North Carolina in the bottom of the seventh squelched a bid for a no hitter by Western Kentucky. I watched most of this game and it was a fun to watch. Being an ex baseball and softball player, it's always interesting when you get see the ladies teams play ball as well as any men's team. I know that last statement may sound a bit chauvinistic but it gives me a lot of pleasure to see gifted women athletes play ball like it's supposed to be played. Great game by the "Hilltoppers".
