I renenber back in 83 when it was -18 but this is still way too cold for me. I guess I will have to suck it up and deal with it. Anything below 25 is too cold for me.

Anything below 70 is too cold for me. The last two nights it's been around 7 degrees. We're supposed t get 1-3 in. of snow, beginning tonight and ending tomorrow, capped off with some sleet or freezing rain.

All we have had recently is snow, freezing fog (of all things) and very cold temps. It's suppose to warm up in a few days and I can hardly wait. I have to find a vacuum leak on my jeep that has my directional dampers stuck on defrost and also replace an idler pulley. My wife's nephew's daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and was air lifted to Indy Friday. Saturday and Sunday we had to get up and be on the road by 7 AM to be there by 9:30 in order learn how to administer insulin, test blood and urine and figure out diet solutions. Needless to say, while we were making those trips, the weather wasn't too good. My wife has been at her nephew's house trying to get caught up on testing blood, urine, giving shots and arranging foods that the 1 1/2 year old can eat. Needless to say, it's not been a fun weekend and we lose to Auburn on top of that, the stock market is caving ... just icing on the cake. Stay warm my friend and get those clubs polished up for the spring.

I'm so sorry to hear of your wife's nephew's daughter's illness, Bubba. It's bad enough when an adult gets sick, but with children it always seems so much worse. You always think of childhood as being a time when children should be happy and carefree, although that isn't always true. I'll keep you all in my thoughts and prayers. Speaking of the weather, we've already got at least three inches of snow on the ground, and probably more. It's still coming down hard, and is supposed to change over to sleet or freezing rain sometime today. You all stay safe and warm my friend.
