I think the announcers on ESPN said it was the first time both games had went into overtime. Both were heartbreakers for the losers, especially for Geno Auriemma and the undefeated UConn Huskies. Two years in a row going undefeated and not winning a championship. I was glad he lost but felt sorry for him while watching him being interviewed. It will be interesting to see which style wins the championship, the brute strength and height of Mississippi State's center or the overall combined height, speed and craftiness of Notre Dame. If State's center gets into foul trouble, it might be a long night for them as they don't have much depth in that position. Sunday night will tell the tale.

I was kind of glad UCONN lost as well. It gets kind of boring if one team wins all the time (unless it's the Cats, of course).
