Middle Tennesee played tough but the Cats were a bit tougher. Now on to the Louisville game. If UK wins that one (which they should) a 9-3 record should earn them a decent bowl.

I realize, at least record wise, this is one of the better UK teams since the days of Bear Bryant, but if they get into a decent bowl they're going to have to pick it up a notch or two or three if they hope to win. The better the bowl, the stiffer the competition.

Agreed, they will have to play against a fairly tough team if they go 9-3.

I saw this morning where, if we beat U of L, we'll be under consideration for a berth in the Outback Bowl on Jan 1st. If so, we'll be pitted against a Big 10 team, probably Mich. State.

Michigan State has played well this season and it would take an "A" game from the Cats for sure to win.
