Oh and thanks for the compliment Catbuddy saying I sounded like Tubby.
I noticed you didnt respond about my question who do you want to bring in to replace him that is better? Just curious.

There are a number of guys I would love to see at UK. Bubba metion Pel. That would be great. Riley, Matta, Barnes, Romar, Sampson, Donovan and many more. Those just popped into my head. I'm sure a true interview process would yield many fine candidates. Not a sham interview like when we got Tubby.

Out of all the candidates you stated only Riley would be for sure in my mind as being a possibility. Maybe, Billy Donovan and I think the jury is still out on him

From what i have been reading around the web, Tubby will be fired if we dont make final four and i dont see us making final four this year. I hope they do but i dont see it.

Bubba you are correct, there is NO way Tubby gets fired for not making the final four this year. More overall wins then any other program the last three years and a rebound away from a final four gets you fired now days on some internet rumor places i usppose.

I would take Izzo over Pitino hands down.

You were joking about Harrick weren't you?

Pitino's days are about up he is only going to coach about 3 or 4 more years, so i just want Riley when Tubby goes.

Yea i am sure it was a joke about Harrick, he and I have had several discussions about Harricks coaching ability and his intergrity! But hey Steve Lavin is still out there looking? Oh and I think, not sure but I think, Pat Riley is older then Pitino.

Riley is at least my age which is 60 and Pitino is about mid fifties I think.

I can't see Riley making the transition to college. How about Martin Newton, he knows it all on the broadcasts!
